Formerly operating under the alias Mozart's Sister, Los Angeles-based Canadian artist Cecile Believe has become a secret weapon with the avant-pop and hyper-pop scenes, collaborating closely with A. G. Cook and the late SOPHIE while also working with Magdalena Bay, Caroline Polachek, TR/ST, Austra, and more. Late last year she released Tender the Spark, her latest solo EP that explores her own distinctive take on adventurous synth-pop. She'll also be opening up for Oklou on select dates during Oklou's North American tour later this fall.
